The United State's biggest wholesale pharmaceuticals companies, such as Eli Lilly and Pfizer, supply these products to White Pharmacy. Every one of our products contains a batch code and a license number. This ensures that these products can be traced to the manufacturer. Our products also have expiration dates.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

How will I receive my package?
Your package will be mailed overnight via the Royal Mail Express Delivery. We use plain packaging. Only your address and our private, confidential label will appear on your package. Our privacy label ensures that you receive your package unopened.

Why do you require a medical questionnaire?
We require questionnaires for our customers' safety. In accordance with industry regulations, we must have a physician's approval to dispense our products to you. The questionnaire is required for both legal and ethical reasons. Any genuine pharmacy that provides genuine medicine requires a questionnaire. In a few cases, medicine can be denied on the basis of a patient's health needs.

Should I inform my General Practitioner?
Our service is confidential. Therefore, you are responsible for informing your GP about modifying records so that they include any medicines or products received from us. Upon your request, we can contact your GP by letter.
